I. CALL TO ORDER
Trustee Devine called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Present were Trustee Devine, Trustee McAward, Trustee Borowski, Trustee Adams, Trustee Draffin, Director Mike Firestone, Assistant Director Wendy Bennett, and 6 residents.

Motion made by Trustee Adams, seconded by Trustee Borowski to enter executive session for Contracts at 7:30 p.m.; approved by all.
Motion made by Trustee McAward, seconded by Trustee Borowski to exit executive session at 7:35 p.m.; approved by all.

Motion made by Trustee Borowski, seconded by Trustee Adams to approve the Inter Municipal Agreement #3 with the Bayport-Blue Point School District as presented; approved by all.

Motion made by Trustee Adams, seconded by Trustee Borowski to change the starting time of the May 12 Board Meeting to 5 p.m.; approved by all.

II. ADJOURNMENT

Motion was made by Trustee Borowski, seconded by Trustee Adams to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m.; approved by all present.
