I. CALL TO ORDER
Trustee Devine called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. Present were Trustee Devine, Trustee Adams, Trustee Borowski, Trustee McAward and Trustee Draffin, Director Mike Firestone, and Assistant Director Wendy Bennett to take the minutes. Guests were Marlene Brennan, and Cathy and Ted Ramos.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion made by Trustee McAward, seconded by Trustee Draffin to accept the minutes of the February 10, 2026 Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees; approved by all (5-0).
III. FINANCIAL REPORTS & SCHEDULE OF CLAIMS
Motion made by Trustee Borowski, seconded by Trustee Adams to approve the Bank Reconciliation & Financial Report for Operating Fund dated January 2026; approved by all (5-0).
Motion made by Trustee Draffin, seconded by Trustee Adams, to approve the Operating Fund Schedule of Claims dated 03/10/2026 (Check Detail Report); approved by all (5-0).
Motion made by Trustee McAward, seconded by Trustee Borowski, to approve the listed prepays, as presented, that were paid since last board meeting dated February 11, 2026 through March 9, 2026. (Checks between meetings); approved by all (5-0).
Motion made by Trustee Adams, seconded by Trustee Draffin, to approve the following pre-pays: Amex $3,613.94 and W.B. Mason $25.99; approved by all (5-0).
Motion made by Trustee McAward, seconded by Trustee Borowski to approve the Payroll Reports dated 02/10/2026 and 02/23/2026; approved by all (5-0).

Motion made by Trustee Borowski, seconded by Trustee Adams to exceed the tax cap for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 and will file an override for the tax levy limit imposed by Municipal Law §3-c(3); approved by all (5-0).
Motion made by Adams, seconded by Trustee Draffin to enter executive session at 5:32 p.m.; approved by all (5-0).
Motion made by Trustee McAward, seconded by Trustee Borowski to exit executive session at 5:41 p.m.; approved by all (5-0).
