I. CALL TO ORDER
Trustee Devine called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Present were Trustee Devine, Trustee McAward, Trustee Borowski, Trustee Heineman Trustee Adams, Director Mike Firestone, Wendy Bennett.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion made by Trustee Adams, seconded by Trustee Heineman to accept the minutes of the November 12, 2024 Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees; approved by all
III. FINANCIAL REPORTS & SCHEDULE OF CLAIMS
Motion made by Trustee Adams, seconded by Trustee Borowski to approve the Bank Reconciliation & Financial Report for Operating Fund dated October 2024; approved by all.
Motion made by Trustee McAward, seconded by Trustee Borowski, to approve the Operating Fund Schedule of Claims dated 12/10/2024 (Check Detail Report); approved by all.
Motion made by Trustee Borowski, seconded by Trustee Heineman, to approve the listed prepays, as presented, that were paid since last board meeting dated November 13, 2024 through December 9, 2024. (Checks between meetings); approved by all.
Motion made by Trustee McAward, seconded by Trustee Heineman to approve prepays to Bayard Cutting Arboretum Hidden Oaks Cafe for $1266.76 and Baldessari and Coster, LLP for $10,500.00; approved by all.
Motion made by Trustee Borowski, seconded by Trustee Heineman to approve the Payroll Reports dated 11/21/24 and 12/03/24; approved by all.

Motion made by Trustee Borowski, seconded by Trustee Adams to approve the 2025-2029 Long Range Plan of the Bayport-Blue Point Public Library; approved by all.

Motion made by Trustee McAward, seconded by Trustee Borowski to enter executive session for Real Estate, Contracts and Personnel at 7:23 p.m.; approved by all.
Motion made by Trustee Adams, seconded by Trustee McAward to exit executive session at 7:36 p.m.; approved by all.
Motion made by Trustee McAward, seconded by Trustee Heineman:
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees authorizes the sale of Library property at 203 Blue Point Avenue, Blue Point, New York to Gigi’s Playhouse Long Island for the price of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND ($1,440,000.00) DOLLARS under the terms of the attached contract of sale to be entered into between the library and the purchaser; Director Mike Firestone or Board President Ronald F. Devine, Jr. to be authorized to represent the interests of the Library ( including the execution of any necessary documents) throughout the sale process.
