Dear Bayport-Blue Point Library Residents
In our previous report on the update on the St. Ursula Property, we informed the community that the SEQRA report was finalized and an appraisal was completed for the Library. As this newsletter goes to print, the board continues negotiations with the sellers working to pursue a suitable price for the property. As soon as we know whether or not those negotiations are successful, we will provide the community with the information. Thank you for your continued support.
